[§201H-16]  Administration of federalprograms. (a)  The corporation may carry out federal programs designatedto be carried out by a housing finance or housing development entity.

(b)  The corporation shall adopt necessaryrules in accordance with chapter 91, including the establishment and collectionof reasonable fees for administering the program, to carry out any federalprogram in subsection (a).

(c)  All fees collected for administering theprogram may be deposited into an appropriate special fund of the corporationand may be used to cover the administrative expenses of the corporation. [L2005, c 196, pt of §20; am L 2006, c 180, §15]
