[§201H-53]  Rate of wages for laborers andmechanics.  The corporation shall require an eligible bidder or eligibledeveloper of a housing project developed under this part to comply with therequirements of section 104-2 for those laborers and mechanics hired to work onthat housing project; provided that this section shall not apply to a housingproject developed under this part if the entire cost of the project is lessthan $500,000 and the eligible bidder or eligible developer is a privatenonprofit organization.
