[§201N-2]  Renewable energy facility sitingprocess staff.  The energy resources coordinator may employ and dismissstaff without regard to chapters 76 and 89 to assist the coordinator in theimplementation of this chapter.  The salary of each staff member shall be setby the coordinator.  Each staff member shall be entitled to participate in anypublic employee benefit program plan or privilege.

The coordinator may also contract persons toassist the coordinator in the implementation of this chapter. [L 2008, c 207,pt of §2]
