§201-10  Reports.  The department ofbusiness, economic development, and tourism shall at least once a year, notlater than February 15, file a report of its activities for the precedingyear with the governor, and shall report to the legislature in every year inwhich it meets in regular session.  The reports may include recommendationswith reference to additional legislation or other action that may be necessaryto carry out the purposes of this part.

Upon the written request of the department,approved by the governor, any state or county agency engaged in activitiesrelating to economic development shall supply to the department such reports onthese activities as the department deems necessary to the effectuation of itsfunctions.
