[§201-16]  Annual report; workforcedevelopment.  The department of business, economic development, and tourismshall submit an annual report to the legislature on the department's efforts toincrease the number of high-skilled jobs in targeted industry clustersconsistent with the efforts of the workforce development council.  Thedepartment of business, economic development, and tourism shall post the annualreport electronically on the Internet.
