§201-5  Promotion director and employees. The director of business, economic development, and tourism shall employ apromotion director who shall be experienced in industrial and economicpromotional activities, and who shall be exempt from chapter 76.  The directorof business, economic development, and tourism may employ other persons and thedirector shall determine their qualifications, duties, and compensationssubject to chapter 76.  The compensation of the promotion director shall bedetermined by the director of business, economic development, and tourism.
