§201-6  Interested members or employees. No member or employee of the department of business, economic development, andtourism shall have any pecuniary interest, direct or indirect, in any contractentered into by the department.  If any such person has an interest, the personshall immediately disclose the same in writing to the department which shallenter the disclosure upon its minutes.  Failure to so disclose such interestshall constitute misconduct in office.
