§201-8  Recommendations to agencies.  Onthe basis of submitted reports and such other information as the department ofbusiness, economic development, and tourism may obtain, it may, as it deems itdesirable for the best coordination and effectiveness of economic developmentactivities in the State, make recommendations in writing to any agency of thestate government.
