§201-8  Recommendations to agencies.  On
the basis of submitted reports and such other information as the department of
business, economic development, and tourism may obtain, it may, as it deems it
desirable for the best coordination and effectiveness of economic development
activities in the State, make recommendations in writing to any agency of the
