§205-12  Enforcement.  The appropriateofficer or agency charged with the administration of county zoning laws shallenforce within each county the use classification districts adopted by the landuse commission and the restriction on use and the condition relating toagricultural districts under section 205-4.5 and shall report to the commissionall violations.   Counties' responsibility for enforcement includes takingnecessary actions against violators; such enforcement covers all land usedistrict classifications and land use district regulations, except thoserelating to conservation districts.  Att. Gen. Op. 70‑22.
