§206E-114  Reserved housing loan programs;evidence of eligible loan or eligible project loan.  (a)  Each mortgagelender who participates in any reserved housing loan program shall submitevidence, as deemed satisfactory by the authority, that eligible loans oreligible project loans have been made from the proceeds of the revenue bonds.

(b)  The authority may inspect the books andrecords of the mortgage lenders as may be necessary for this section. [L 1982,c 228, pt of §8]
