§206E-118  Advance commitments program. (a)  The authority may contract with a mortgage lender for the advancecommitment to purchase eligible loans or eligible project loans.

(b)  The contract may contain provisions asdetermined by the authority to be necessary or appropriate to provide securityfor its revenue bonds. [L 1982, c 228, pt of §8]
