[§206E-192] Designation of the Kalaeloa community development district.  (a)  The federal Department of Defensedeclared approximately two thousand one hundred fifty acres of land at theBarbers Point Naval Air Station to be surplus to its needs and under a baserealignment is conveying these surplus lands to the various end usersidentified by the community reuse plan.  The governor has approved andforwarded to the Navy the community reuse plan for these surplus lands.

(b)  Thelegislature hereby designates these surplus lands as the "Kalaeloacommunity development district". [L 2002, c 184, pt of §2]
