[§206E-199 Reports.  (a)]  After areasonable time has elapsed, the authority may present its opinion andrecommendations to the governor, the legislature, the public, or any of these. The authority shall include with this opinion any reply made by the landowner.

[(b)]  Theauthority shall submit to the various landowners in the district a quarterlyreport discussing the authority's activities under this part.  The report shallbe made available to the public upon request. [L 2004, c 188, pt of §2]
