[§206E-5.5]  Community and public noticerequirements; posting on the authority's website; required.  (a)  Theauthority shall adopt community and public notice procedures pursuant tochapter 91 that shall include at a minimum:

(1)  A means to effectively engage the community inwhich the authority is planning a development project to ensure that communityconcerns are received and considered by the authority;

(2)  The posting of the authority's proposed plans fordevelopment of community development districts, public hearing notices, andminutes of its proceedings on the authority's website; and

(3)  Any other information that the public may finduseful so that it may meaningfully participate in the authority'sdecision-making processes.

(b)  The authority shall notify the presidentof the senate and speaker of the house:

(1)  Of any public hearing upon posting of the hearingnotice; and

(2)  With a report detailing the public's reaction atthe public hearing, within one week after the hearing. [L 2006, c 251, pt of§1]
