§206J-8  Use of public lands.  Withoutregard to chapter 171, the governor may set aside or any department or agencyof the State may lease applicable portions of the area designated as the AlohaTower complex to the development corporation for the purpose specified in thischapter; provided that such setting aside would not impair any covenant betweenthe State or any department or board thereof and holders of revenue bondsissued by the State or such department or board, or the development corporationmay lease applicable portions of the Aloha Tower complex from the department oftransportation.  The development corporation shall annually reimburse to thedepartment of transportation any losses in revenues caused by any action of thedevelopment corporation.  The development corporation shall provide replacementfacilities for maritime activities at no cost to the department oftransportation.
