§206M-14  Status of special purpose revenuebonds under the Uniform Commercial Code.  Notwithstanding any of theprovisions of this chapter or any recital in any special purpose revenue bondissued under this chapter, all such special purpose revenue bonds shall bedeemed to be investment securities under the Uniform Commercial Code, chapter490, subject only to the provisions of the special purpose revenue bondspertaining to registration.
