§206M-54  Innovation corporation; exemptedfrom certain state laws.  The high technology innovation corporation shallbe exempt from the following state laws:

(1)  Section 78-1, relating to public employment;

(2)  Chapter 36, relating to the management of statefunds;

(3)  Chapter 38, relating to deposits of public funds;and
