[§206M-57]  Dissolution.  If the hightechnology innovation corporation is dissolved, all of its property, real,personal, and mixed and wheresoever situated, shall vest immediately andabsolutely in the high technology development corporation, and none of itsproperty shall inure to the benefit of any officer, director, or member of thehigh technology innovation corporation.
