[§206M-58]  Patents, copyrights, and other
rights.  Any patents, copyrights, inventions, discoveries, or other rights
arising from high technology innovation corporation activities shall belong to
the high technology innovation corporation and be subject to policies or rules
as the high technology innovation corporation board of directors may adopt. [L
