§206M-6  Use of public lands.  Thegovernor may set aside available public lands to the development corporationfor the purposes specified in this chapter; provided that the setting asidewould not impair any covenant between the State or any department or boardthereof and holders of any bonds issued by the State or such department orboard thereof.  The development corporation also may lease available statelands from the department of land and natural resources.
