§206-14  Cooperative agreements with othergovernment agencies.  The board of land and natural resources may obtainthe aid and cooperation of governments in the planning, construction, andoperation of development projects and enter into such agreements andarrangements as it deems advisable to obtain such aid and cooperation; arrangeor enter into agreements with any government for the acquisition by thegovernment of property, options, or property rights, or for the furnishing,installing, opening, or closing of streets, roads, alleys, sidewalks, or otherplaces, or for the furnishing of property services, parks, sewage, water, andother facilities in connection with development projects, or for the changingof the map of a political subdivision, or for the planning, replanning, zoning,or rezoning of any part of the land included in a development project.
