§206-19  Eminent domain.  The board ofland and natural resources may acquire, by the exercise of the power of eminentdomain, the real property or interest in real property authorized to beacquired by section 206-6, after the adoption of a resolution declaring thatthe acquisition of the property described in the resolution is in the publicinterest and necessary for a development project within a development area. The board may exercise the power of eminent domain in the same manner andprocedures provided in chapter 101, and otherwise in accordance with allapplicable provisions of the general laws of the State.
