§206-20  Contracts with federal government.
In addition to the powers conferred upon the board of land and natural
resources by other provisions of this chapter, the board may borrow money or
accept grants from the federal government for or in aid of any project which
the board is authorized to undertake, take over any land acquired by the
federal government for the construction or operation of a development project,
take over or lease or manage any development project constructed or owned by
the federal government, and to these ends, enter into such contracts,
mortgages, leases, or other agreements as the federal government may require,
including agreements authorizing the federal government to supervise and
approve the construction, maintenance, and operation of the project.  It is the
purpose and intent of this chapter to authorize the board to do any and all
