§206-39  Action of political subdivision byresolution.  All action authorized to be taken under this chapter by anypolitical subdivision may be by resolution adopted by a majority of all themembers of its governing body.  The resolution may be adopted at the meeting ofthe governing body at which the resolution is introduced and shall take effectimmediately upon the adoption, and no resolution need be published or posted.[L 1961, c 6, §37; Supp, §98J-37; HRS §206-39]
