§207-5  Rules and regulations.  Thedirector of finance may adopt, amend, or repeal such rules and regulationsgoverning the granting of loans and other related functions as the director offinance considers necessary or suitable.  The rules and regulations whenapproved by the governor and made in accordance with chapter 91 shall have theforce and effect of law.
