§209-8  Consideration of other recoveries. In determining the eligibility of each person for every manner of assistanceprovided for in this chapter, the administering authorities shall considerevery other type of assistance granted under the authority of this chapter, byany agency of the federal government, by the American National Red Cross, theSalvation Army, and every other manner of assistance, whether throughinsurance, donation or compensation from any source.
