§210-1  Definitions.  As used in thischapter:

"Department" means the department ofbusiness, economic development, and tourism.

"Director" means the director ofbusiness, economic development, and tourism.

"SBA" means the Small BusinessAdministration of the United States Government.

"SBIA" means the Federal SmallBusiness Investment Act of 1958, as amended.
