§210-4 - Functions, powers, and duties of director.

§210-4  Functions, powers, and duties ofdirector.  In the performance of, and with respect to, the functions,powers, and duties vested in the director by this chapter, the director ofbusiness, economic development, and tourism may:

(1)  Prescribe rules and regulations to carry out thischapter.
