§210-4  Functions, powers, and duties of
director.  In the performance of, and with respect to, the functions,
powers, and duties vested in the director by this chapter, the director of
business, economic development, and tourism may:



(1)  Prescribe rules and regulations to carry out this
chapter.



(2)  Perform all functions necessary to effectuate the
