§210-8  Reports.  The department ofbusiness, economic development, and tourism shall make a report as of December31 of each year of operations under this chapter to the governor, the presidentof the senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives, on the progressmade under this chapter.  These reports shall be submitted not later thanFebruary 1 immediately following the period covered by the report.
