[§211F-23]  Purposes and terms ofinvestments.  (a)  Investments may be used for any purpose consistent withthe purposes and objectives of this chapter, including but not limited to:

(1)  Developing a working prototype;

(2)  Preparing a development plan;

(3)  Performing an initial market analysis;

(4)  Organizing a management team; and

(5)  Any other purpose reasonably related to aneconomic development project.

(b)  Investments may be made on such terms andconditions as the corporation shall determine to be reasonable, appropriate,and consistent with the purposes and objectives of this chapter. [L 1990, c110, pt of §3]
