§211F-5  Hawaii strategic developmentcorporation revolving fund.  There is established the Hawaii strategicdevelopment corporation revolving fund.  The following moneys shall bedeposited into the Hawaii strategic development corporation revolving fund andshall not be considered part of the general fund:  all moneys appropriated bythe legislature, received as repayments of loans, earned on investments,received pursuant to a venture agreement, received as royalties, received aspremiums or fees charged by the corporation, or otherwise received by thecorporation.
