[§211F-6]  Contracts for services necessaryfor management and operation of corporation.  The corporation may contractwith others, public or private, for the provision of all or a portion of theservices necessary for the management and operation of the corporation.  Thecorporation shall have the power to use all appropriations, grants, contractualreimbursements, and all other funds not appropriated for a designated purposeto pay for the proper general expenses and to carry out the purposes of the corporation.[L 1990, c 110, pt of §3]
