PARTII.  IMPLEMENTATION

 

[§211G-11]  Business plan.  To fulfillits mission as the mobilizer of equity and near-equity capital, theimplementation of this chapter by the corporation shall be subject to thesupervision of the board.  The corporation shall develop an annual businessplan for the implementation of this chapter.  The business plan shall besubmitted to the board for its approval and shall be included in its annualreport, which shall be published as provided in section 211G-15.
