[§211G-15]  Annual reports; evaluation bythe board.  (a)  The corporation shall publish a separate annual report, inconjunction with its annual audit, and present the report to the governor, thesenate president, and the speaker of the house.  The annual report shall reviewthe mission of the board and programs implemented according to the objectivemeasures set forth in the corporation's business plan.  The corporation shalldistribute this annual report by any means that will make it available to the financialcommunity.

(b)  Seven years after the corporation hasbegun operations under this chapter, the corporation shall review, analyze, andevaluate the extent to which the corporation has achieved its statutorymission.  The evaluation shall include, but not be limited to, an examinationof quantified results of the corporation's programs and plans.
