[§211G-16]  Capital formation revolvingfund.  There is established a revolving fund for the corporation to bedesignated as the capital formation revolving fund.  The following shall bedeposited into the capital formation revolving fund, all moneys:

(1)  Appropriated by the legislature;

(2)  Received as repayment of loans;

(3)  Earned on investments;

(4)  Received pursuant to a venture agreement;

(5)  Received as royalties;

(6)  Received as premiums or fees charged by thecorporation; or

(7)  Otherwise received by the corporation. [L 2004, c215, pt of §1]
