§226-54  Amendments to this chapter. Amendments to this chapter shall be adopted in accordance with the legislativereview process.  Proposals from the general public to initiate amendments toany provision of this chapter, shall be subject to the following provisions:

(1)  Any person may submit proposals to amend thischapter to the office and the legislature; and
