§226-56  Functional plans; form andsubmittal.  (a)  Functional plans shall be prepared to further define andimplement statewide goals, objectives, policies, and priority guidelines containedin this chapter.

(b)  Functional plans shall be prepared and revisedin accordance with guidelines developed by the office of planning.
