[§227D-9]  Court proceedings; preferences. Any action or proceeding to which the authority, the State, or a county may bea party, in which any question arises as to the validity of this chapter, shallbe preferred over all other civil causes, except election cases, withoutrespect to position on the calendar.  The same preference shall be given uponapplication of counsel for the authority in any action or proceedingquestioning the validity of this chapter in which the authority has dulyintervened.
