§231-21  Due date on Saturday, Sunday, orholiday.  When the due date for any remittance or document required by anylaw imposing a tax falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, theremittance or document shall not be due until the next succeeding day which isnot a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday.
