[§237-10.5]  Reporting requirement forcontractors on federal construction projects.  [Section repealed on June30, 2014. L 2009, c 134, §13(3).]  All persons who do not possess a validlicense under this chapter at the time of the contract award and who contractwith the federal government for any construction project located in the Stateshall report to the department, on forms prescribed by the department, itsestimated gross receipts or any other information requested by the departmenton the prescribed form, from the construction project within thirty days of thecontract being awarded.  Failure to report as provided in this section shallresult in a penalty of $1,000 per month, or fraction thereof, for each monththat a failure to report exists; provided that the maximum penalty allowedunder this section in the aggregate shall not be more than $6,000.
