§243-2  Distributors to register and belicensed.  Every distributor, and any person before becoming a distributor,shall register as such with the department of taxation on forms to beprescribed, prepared, and furnished by the department and the department shallissue to such distributor a license which shall be valid until revoked by thedepartment as hereinafter provided.  However, distributors who cannot legallybe required by the State to so register and be licensed, or to perform theduties required of distributors by any other provisions of this chapter, shallbe deemed to be excluded from the operation of such provisions.
