§244D-16  Penalties.  (a)  The penaltiesprovided by this section shall apply to any person whether acting as principal,agent, officer, or director, for oneself, itself, or for another person, andshall apply to each single violation, but shall not apply to any act thepunishment for which is elsewhere prescribed by this chapter.
