[§245-28]  Time for payment ofdeferred-payment purchases; manner of payment.  Amounts owing for stampspurchased on the deferred-payment basis in any calendar month shall be due andpayable on or before the last day of the following calendar month.  Paymentshall be made by a remittance payable to the department.
