[§245-36]  Counterfeiting stamps.  Aperson shall be guilty of a class B felony if the person:

(1)  Intentionally or knowingly makes, alters, orreuses a stamp as defined in section 245-1; or

(2)  Knowingly possesses or distributes a stamp thathas been falsely made, altered, or reused. [L 2000, c 249, pt of §1]
