§245-40  Forfeitures; disposition.  Anycigarette, package of cigarettes, carton of cigarettes, or container ofcigarettes unlawfully possessed, kept, stored, acquired, transported, sold,imported, offered, received, or distributed in violation of this chapter may beseized and confiscated by the attorney general and ordered forfeited pursuantto chapter 712A.
