[§245-53]  Criminal penalties for illegalsale of export or foreign cigarettes.  Any person who knowingly violatessection 245-51 or 245-52 shall be guilty of a class C felony, and uponconviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $10,000, and may be imprisonednot less than one year and not more than five years, or both.
