[§245-59]  Unfair trade practices.  Anyviolation of this part shall constitute an unfair method of competition andunfair and deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade of commerceunder section 480-2 and shall be subject to a civil penalty as provided insection 480-3.1.  Each package of cigarettes sold in violation of this partshall constitute a separate violation.
