§246-15  Application.  The owner of anyproperty may apply to the director of taxation for classification of theowner's land as wasteland development property.  The application shall includea description of the property, the manner in which the property will bedeveloped, and such additional information as may be required by the director. The application shall state that all persons having any interest in or holdingany encumbrance upon the property have joined in making the application andthat all of them will comply with the laws and regulations relating to the use,building requirements, and development of the real property.
