§246-57  Same; registered land.  If theland has been registered in the land court, the tax collector shall also sendby registered mail a notice of the proposed sale to any person holding amortgage or other lien registered in the office of the assistant registrar ofthe land court.  The notice shall be sent to any such person at the person'slast address as shown by the records in the office of the registrar, and shallbe deposited in the mail at least forty-five days prior to the date set for thesale.
