§248-1  Definitions.  Wherever used inthis chapter:

"Council" means the county council ofeach county concerned.

"Director" means the state directorof finance unless otherwise stated or indicated in context.

"Liquid fuel" or "fuel" hasthe meaning defined by section 243-1.

"Property" or "realproperty" has the meaning defined by section 246-1.
